Facilities & Analytical Services

Our facilities provide robust analytical support for academia and industry. We accept external samples and offer tailored analysis packages, data reports, and consultation. Our fully equipped suite of instrumentation supports a wide range of materials, from polymers and nanomaterials to biological samples.

Our Equipment & Capabilities

Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) & EDX

High-resolution surface imaging and elemental mapping (EDX) for morphology and composition analysis. Typical outputs: secondary electron images, backscatter images, element maps. Ideal for surface morphology, particle analysis, and microstructure study. Service includes SEM imaging (8 images), SEM + EDX analysis, STEM imaging (2 images), and full EDX mapping.

Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)

Surface topography and nanomechanical measurements with capacity for phase imaging and force spectroscopy. AFM provides nanoscale resolution for surface roughness, phase imaging, and mechanical property measurements.

Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) & Zeta Potential

Particle size distribution and colloidal stability measurements. DLS determines hydrodynamic diameters of colloids, nanoparticles, and polymers. Zeta potential measurements available at various pH points.

Capillary Flow Porometer

Pore size distribution, bubble point, and permeability analysis for membrane characterization. Essential for membrane research and quality control.

Contact Angle Goniometer

Wettability and surface energy measurements for hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity studies. Critical for surface modification and coating development.

UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

Optical absorption and transmittance measurements for dyes, solar absorbers, and thin films across a wide wavelength range.

Fluorescence Microscope

Biological imaging and cell studies for fluorescent-labeled samples and biological applications.

Spin Coater & Dip Coater

Controlled thin-film deposition for solar cell and membrane fabrication. Solution-based processing capabilities.

Plasma System

Surface activation, cleaning, or functionalization using plasma treatments. Ideal for surface modification and pretreatment.

Laser Cutter & Patterning Tools

Precision cutting and prototyping for device substrates and pattern creation.

Ball Mill & Ultrasonic Homogenizer

Sample preparation tools for nanopowders, dispersions, and nanoparticle synthesis via mechanochemical processing.

Cooling Ultracentrifuge & Lab Equipment

High-speed centrifugation and controlled heating for biological or materials separation, annealing, sintering, and drying operations.
